Combining balanced theoretical and practical (hands-on) approaches in the Industrial automation domain. Our programs utilize actual manufacturing equipment and hands-on learning that prepare students to meet the technological needs of the industry
Electrical & Electronics Section
Electrical & Electronics Section provides an exciting and dynamic learning environment with up-to-date facilities and fully equipped laboratories in electrical and electronics.
Mechanical & Manufacturing Section
Prepares students with the knowledge in Machine Tools and Manufacturing. This field of study encompasses mainly mechanical, manufacturing and metrology.
Fabrication & Joining Section
Equip the individual with professional and technological knowledge and skills in welding with the cooperation of our industrial partner, SIRIM Berhad and emphasize in imparting up-to-date technical know-how and competencies
Automotive Engineering Section
Automotive Engineering Section provides an excellent learning environment with state-of-the-art facilities and laboratories in vehicle electric and electronic system, engine system technology, diesel technology, vehicle and engine performance, vehicle chassis and braking system, modern diagnostic tool, and advance transmission technology.
Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Section
Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Section (HVAC&R) has collaboration with institute Francois du Froid Industrielle, Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers, Paris, France.
Mechanical Engineering Section
Provide students with an excellent foundation in the core technical competencies of the discipline: thermal and fluid sciences, solid mechanics and materials and dynamics and control.
France Collaboration Program
The Pre France programme (Pre DUT) is a 20 month preparatory programme for students with academic excellence who wish to pursue their studies in France, via the IUT (Institut Universitaire de Technologie) for the first two years before they can have access to Schools of Engineering ( Ecole d’Ingenieur) or French Universities.
Japan Universities Programme
UniKL Japan Universities Programme in UniKL MFI is a pathway for students to pursue studies in Japan.
Postgraduate Studies Section
Our Postgraduate Studies programmes aims to train graduates to be global enterprising researchers who are knowledgeable, skilled and entrepreneurial oriented. The Masters’ and PhD programmers are based on full time and part time coursework and research study

This section plays a vital role in providing mathematical knowledge that acts as a tool in engineering technology.
Student Development Section
Comprises of units such as English Unit, MPU & Entrepreneurship Unit. Through various academic subjects to produce well-balanced graduates with towering personality – confident, knowledgeable, skilful, entrepreneurial, competitive and noble in executing any given tasks and responsibilities.
